With our private charter, you experience the “Freedom of Customization”!
With our private boat charters, every moment is tailored to your desires. Unlike public boat tours that adhere to set routes day after day, we offer complete customization to ensure you and your party have a one-of-a-kind experience.
Public tours often come with the inconvenience of limited seating and a crowded onboard environment, making it challenging to savor the breathtaking sights and sunset. In stark contrast, our private charters redefine your nautical adventure. We prioritize your comfort, collaborating closely with you to curate an experience that reflects your preferences.
With us, the possibilities are vast. Whether you envision exploring specific areas, engaging in unique activities, or extending your time on the water, our private charters are designed to exceed your expectations.
Our tours are fully customizable. Just give us a call and we can try to meet almost any schedule.
All of our charters include fuel, a US Coast Guard licensed Captain, and the following amenities:
- Complimentary cold bottled water
- Fresh water sink & shower rinse onboard
- Bluetooth-enabled Tunes – we can play your favorite tunes
- Life vests for adults/children
- Outlets to charge phones
- Plenty of dry storage for your personal items
All pricing is per boat, not per person. Your charter is private, we do not combine groups, and you will have the boat to yourselves! We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle for payment.
At Latitude 27 Charters, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for our guests, and our dedicated Captain and Crew are instrumental in making that happen. While tips are never expected, they are always deeply appreciated and serve as a wonderful gesture of recognition for outstanding service.
Should you feel that your Captain and Crew have gone above and beyond to make your time on board truly special, offering a gratuity is a fantastic way to express your appreciation. Customary tips typically range from 20% to 25%, but the amount is entirely at your discretion.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want your journey with us to be memorable in every way. If you choose to leave a tip, rest assured that it will be received with gratitude by the entire team.
We can accommodate up to 6 persons per tour.
During peak months (March, April, June & July) and the holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, and all holiday weekends), we advise you to book as early as possible. We also recommend that you book your boat charter at the beginning of your vacation so if weather becomes an issue, we have time and dates we can work with to reschedule your charter.
- Bring your sense of adventure (and leave all your cares behind)
- Whatever food and drink you want but no glass bottles, please
- Sun shirt, hat, and towels if you intend to get wet
- Sunscreen (non-aerosol, apply before boarding) & polarized sunglasses
- Slip-resistant footwear & water shoes if beach combing or sandbar wading
- No need to bring a cooler…we have coolers on the boat filled with ice, to keep anything cold that you bring. It is ok, though, if you’d like to bring a smaller, soft-sided cooler
- A jacket or hoodie may come in handy during the “winter” months
The majority of our boat tours are in the Intracoastal waterways and we only venture out in the Gulf of Mexico in safe conditions and if our charter guests feel comfortable. The Intracoastal is generally calm with minimal choppy waters. If you know you tend to get a little sick on a boat, we recommend taking an over-the-counter medication before your boat tour. We do not provide seasickness medication on the boat.
Yes, alcohol is allowed. Just be sure to bring aluminum or plastic on board. No glass, please.
We only offer pleasure tours and do not offer any fishing.
If you need to cancel your boat charter due to any reason we need your cancellation notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled charter date and time to grant a deposit refund. If Latitude 27 Charters cancels your charter for any reason then you will receive a full deposit refund.
If you cancel your boat charter in 4 hours or less than your departure time, or if a no-call/no-show scenario happens, we will charge your credit card on file for the total price of the boat charter.
Safety is our primary concern and sometimes we have to cancel boat charters due to rain, high winds, or extreme cold. We will try to either reschedule your boat charter to another day or time or if a rescheduled charter is not possible, we offer a full deposit refund.
For summertime charters, it is not unusual to see short bursts of rain in the afternoons. It’s always possible to wait out any rain at one of the many restaurants and other spots along our way.
If your charter is ended early due to weather (i.e. persistent rain or unsafe conditions like high wind/lightning), Latitude 27 Charters will prorate the cost of your charter and provide you with a partial refund. If your charter ends within the final hour, we are not able to provide a partial refund.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early and be ready, with your gear, on the dock.
Please contact the Captain (phone number in your charter confirmation email) to let them know that you will not arrive on time. We will try to make up the time difference on the back end of the charter, but it is not always a guarantee.

We do see Bottlenose Dolphins many times during our boat tours. Naturally, we cannot guarantee we will see them, but we do know where they like to hang out. Manatees also make our area waters their home in the summer months. There is a good chance we will see manatees on your boat tour from May until November.
